Workshop Leaders
Todd Greenwood is an author, teacher, and speaker with a passion for inspiring others through the art of storytelling. He has appeared at The Moth and other public storytelling events.
Ruth Greenwood is a writer, songwriter and coach using expressive techniques like flash journaling that help the subconscious surface and fuel creative breakthroughs.

Monica Misra is a certified Chair Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation instructor, as well as a breathwork practitioner, helping individuals and groups reduce stress and improve focus.
