Catharine Vaucher has been teaching yoga in the Princeton area since 2013 at Princeton University and within studios and community centers. She is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) and continues her studies of Iyengar Yoga, anatomy and philosophy under the guidance of senior Iyengar teachers in the U.S. and around the world. 


With clarity and humor, Catharine engages students in practicing yoga as a way to breathe life into the physical body, quiet and illuminate the mind, and find peace within. She presents sequences with a rhythm of intensity and rest to help students develop both strength and mobility of body while also cultivating sensitivity and awareness.
