Massage Therapy

Amy S. Miller, LMT - 908-251-3028

Hi! Let me just take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Amy S. Miller and I'm a part-time Licensed Massage Therapist with 10 years’ experience.  I'm a graduate from Cortiva Institute with a certification in massage therapy.

Helping my clients to relax and directly aid them in healing what ails their body is my passion. I focus on personalizing your Massage Therapy experience to your specific needs.  Massages helps to ensure proper manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) by enhancing blood flow and improving body functions for your personal's health and well-being.

For therapeutic treatment such as deep tissue massage or myofascial release, MFR, (MFR is to sustained pressure and movement into the fascial system {which is a band or sheet of connective tissue, primarily collagen, beneath the skin that attaches, stabilizes, encloses, and separates muscles} in order to eliminate fascial restrictions) to help eleviate very tight/deep muscles that causes pain.

If you prefer a Swedish massage, I offer a relaxing atmosphere with aromatherapy smells, a heated table, and a wide variety of massage techniques including hot stones method for therapy.  Other specialized modalities include Chair Massage, Prenatal, Oncology, Geriatric and Reflexology techniques.

Lets take some time and talk together to figure out the best way to help you reduce your pain, help you relax from daily tension and stress and to leave you feeling rejuvenated.  My part-time availability during the week begins at 5:30 pm, Saturday 9 am to 2 pm and Sunday Noon until 4pm upon availablity.
