Restorative Yoga with Deb Vari
What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative Yoga is a restful, passive form of yoga designed to open the body deeply but gently. It promotes deep relaxation, induces a feeling of profound peacefulness and allows the body and mind to move into stillness leaving you feeling refreshed, rested and calm.

Restorative yoga is safe for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, for those recovering from an illness or coping with excessive stress, and equally appropriate for those who are feeling happy and healthy and simply want to enjoy something special.

Wear comfortable, non-restrictive, warm clothing and socks. All props are provided. Bring your own eye pillow if you normally use one. Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils are available for use as aromatherapy to enhance your relaxation response.
